My Body is a Cage is a recently opened Inception/Sherlock/AU DC comics board set primarily in Gotham City after a plot by Scarecrow has scrambled the mental state of the Justice League members and left the fate of the world in the hands of the Teen Titans. Alfred has called in a friend with a very specialized set of skills. Meanwhile, Sherlock and Co (fresh off from a case titled “A Study in Pink”) have been drawn across the pond by the whispers of a mysterious Moriarty.

NOW OPEN: An all comic book characters RP in a Marvel world!

The universe was altered in an instant, and The Incident remains unexplained. In a fraction of a second a splintered wormhole spread across galaxies. Now the world of Marvel will never be the same. No being withstood the aftereffects, not the Mutants, the humans, nor the aliens. Some of the old are young again, remembering nothing of the past several decades. Others are older, from futures unknown and dark. Dozens are seemingly back from the dead, suddenly reappearing in the homes they had once left behind. Stranger still are the beings from universes where mysterious, gothic metropolises reigned, lost in this new realm. While the planets rotate on unbothered by this extraordinary event, everything is different. The timeline has been corrupted. There is no going back. Those of this all new and all different universe must learn to live with the changes. But the hardest future ahead is for those that remained untouched, that still hold concept of what normal life was in a land that held it for them. The once dead visit their tombstones, friends find themselves to be enemies, lovers are torn apart by what was forgotten, superheroes are felled by their loss, and lost villains on the rise again. Now is the time of the Marvelous.
